Stuck in PF Transfer Limbo: How Do I Resolve Missing Annexure K with Employers?

I am facing an issue with my PF transfer. I have submitted the transfer claim, and I received messages as below:

Current Employer Submission

The current employer has submitted the form as I received a message stating, "Your Transfer Claim is submitted under tracking ID [B][\/B]*."

Message After Receiving Form 13 from EPF

"Claim form 13 for Transfer for member Acct [B][\/B][B] received on 07.09.2015, and claim ID [\/B][B][\/B] is under process."

Final Message

The final message stated: "Form 13 (Transfer) Claim ID approved for payment through cheque. Payment is under process."

After that, when I tried to validate with my current employer if the amount is transferred, they said they need annexure K from the previous employer. I checked the same with them; they stated they did not receive any such. Can someone please help me?

In this case, you have to approach the PF department so that they will direct you on what to do.
