Challenges in Start-ups
To start with, a start-up, apart from having recruitment issues, will have lots of other challenges that will eventually shape the company's culture, among other things. It's very crucial and a great challenge for the HR person to handle that situation. You need to build everything from scratch—policies, processes, culture, and value definitions. HR vision for the company and a whole lot of things.
