Need Help With Indian RPO Agreement With US Consulting Agency

We are startup company in RPO Industry.
Wanted to start doing business with US based Consulting/staffing companies on referral margins on placement of candidate(s).
Can anyone provide me Type of agreement(s) which I need to send to US based consulting firms for signing agreement before start working on their requirements.?
What is the plan which you guys follow?
