Can We Start PF Deductions for a Company with Less Than 10 Employees? Seeking Advice

I need your guidance in the below-mentioned case. We are a group of companies running 5 different businesses (companies) under one roof. We have two employees in one company. The employees are demanding to start PF deduction, and management is also willing to initiate their PF deduction. However, can we open a PF account for that company as the employee strength is below 10?

First, clarify what is your employee count in your organization?

As there is a group of companies, I hope each company will have a different name. Even if the employee strength is less than 10, you can opt for voluntary registration.
