There are no definitive topics that must be included in a Personality Development training program. You would have to identify the topics to be covered and adapt the contents to suit your audience. The time frame for the program, the depth of coverage, the attitude and aptitude of the participants are all variables that you would have to factor in to decide on the topics and the contents of your module.
