MY FATHER HAVE WORK WITH A COMPANY FOR 15YEARS THE COMPANY SHUT DOWN AND ASK THE EMPLOYEES TO LEAVE THE QUARTER WITHOUT GIVING ANY BENIFITS AND ALSO ASK WHEN THE COMPANY THEY WILL CALL BACK. SIR ITS ALREADY 15YEARS PASSED NOTHING COMES FROM THE COMPANY END. MY FATHE CAME TO KNOW THAT THE COMPANY NOW RUNNING IN FULL FLEDGE. WHAT ARE THE BENIFITS MY FATHER CAN ABLE TO GET ? AND WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW ?

Please let us know the minimum wages paid to Highly Skilled/Semi skilled/Unskilled Employees of Fabrication Industries in Telangan Contract Labour.
