New Company - New Joining

I am joining new company in it sector but their single hr & admin person me. there small firm & i did not receive my document so . Not good salary

i m asking small firm and their 50 employee it's right to my career or not because my last company 700 employee so.

Was there any specific reason for you to leave the last organization and join this one? What was your role in last organization and how the new role is?

It's not about organisation being big or small, its completely depend on what your Individual job profile is and what opportunity you are getting to learn and develop yourself a professional.
