Hi Buddy,

You can transfer your PF account to your present employer by filling up Form-13; however, it has to be endorsed by your previous employer. It is your previous employer's duty to facilitate the transfer of your PF account to your current employer, so you can ask your previous employer to do the same. If your previous employer is not willing to do it, then register your grievances with the regional PF office.

Give a UAN number to your present employer, and you will continue enjoying PF benefits without the signature of the previous employer.

Form 13, as it was in the previous version, did not need approval or the signature of the previous employer. The new form is online and again does not need the previous employer's signature.

If you have UAN, then there is no concept of transfer anyway.
