Offer From Shine.com

Hi,
I got a call from Shine.com stating that I have been selected for Sr. HR Executive for HDFC bank. They are asking me to pay Rs.2050/ which is refundable. Kindly let know your opinion on this.

first of all you must be well known about the a/c no provided by them and then take the decision

I don't think this is genuine.
To the extent I know, Shine.com does NOT deal directly in recruitment....they are ONLY a Job Portal.
Let me check it out with my contacts there.

This is the reply I just got from the Shine.com Head Office:
"Shine never asks any candidates to pay if they get selected for any company".
Guess that clarifies your query & helps to handle the situation suitably.

I got a call from +911148444600. I had called them again and ask for the details. They says that their company name is Gratu Profile.

This is surely a scam. Please avoid paying. If you were to suppose to pay any agency for shortlisting you for a potential offer which you are likely to crack, they would have declared, beforehand.
Here it does n't show, you knew about this company till you received your offer from HDFC.
