Letter To Security Services For Increasing The Price!!1

Dear all,
In my company we have security guards from last 1 year,in our agrement after one year have to increase the price from 15000 to 16000.
can anyone help me to draft a letter for price hike. its urgent........

As you are aware our company / firm is providing security services for the last .... years (Mention no of years) to your esteemed organisation, and we sincerely hope that the quality of the service meets your requirement.
Now may i draw your kind attention, wherein as per the terms and condition of Contract aggreement, entered into with you, dated .....(mention date of agreement) we are entitled for enhancement of service fees payable to us from 15,000/- to Rs.16000/-. on expiry of one year from the date of commencement / Renewal of of our services
As the due date is ....... (so and so) or already over (mention whichever is applicable) you are kindly requested to enhance the same as requested and pl. sign the duplicate of this along with your officai seal as a token of your acceptance.

i am thankful to you that you have responded on my quire. i would like to make some correction that ."we have to give a letter to the security services that we are increasing the price on their demand." please again i request if possible please help me in drafting letter so that we can inform them that we have increased the price on the completion of 1 year agreement.

See.... basically i have drafted the letter in such a way that as per the contract agreement (i.e mutuall agreed upon) the same shall be enforeable on expiry of year agreement, and moreover the increase in the 'Price" as indicated by you should be ur concern, he is not. I hope u understand. Moreover you are giving the request in writing.

Please help me to write apology letter on behalf of my company to security service provider for discontinue the service from so n so date , we no longer required their service due to some internal issues. we are very happy with their service but unfortunately we are not able to continue with it.
Can anyone help me to draft a letter for price hike. its urgent........
