Need Help Drafting an Urgent Price Increase Letter for Security Services

In my company, we have had security guards for the past year. As per our agreement, after one year, we need to increase the price from 15000 to 16000.

Could anyone assist me in drafting a letter for the price hike? It's urgent.

Furthermore, the concern about the increase in the 'Price' as indicated by you should be yours, not his. I hope you understand. Also, you are required to submit the request in writing.
