I Want Salaray Break Up For 3 Lac PA Along - PF In Inclusive

I want Salaray Break up for 3 Lac PA along - PF in inclusive
Kindly help me to give the same ASAP. I need to submit, it very urgent.

a break is attached, which is tax friendly

my salary structure = 18500 CTC
In hand = 15000

Earnings
BASIC =12,000.00
HRA = 3,558.00
STATUTORY BONUS = 1,000.00
Total =16,558.00

Deductions
PF = 1,440.00
ESI = 117.00
Total= -1,557.00

then 15000
18500 - 16558 = 1942 ( i dont see in my salary slip)
kindly explain

Employer portion of PF and ESI have been considered as part of CTC. The summation of the two may be 1942.

Statutory Bonus paid monthly basis should be considered for PF & ESI deduction as per my opinion. In this case that has not been done.
