Struggling to Draft a Professional Increment/Promotion Letter in HR – Need Your Guidance

Hi all,

I am working as an HR professional in the automobile industry. I am trying to develop an increment letter so that employees could be given that letter at the time of either a promotion of designation or an increase in salary. I have been working on developing it for the last few months but have been unable to create a very professional letter.

As everyone here on this site is professional, I require your help and guidance to develop an INCREMENT/PROMOTION letter.
