You can find the same information in the UP Shops & Establishment Act. I have gone through it, and the act clearly mentions everything. You can also access it online. Just search for UP Shops & Establishment Act on Google.

Thank you for your comments, sir. I checked that site before asking here. All my HR friends in Noida (1 MNC and 2 startups) are giving 6 or 7 SL, but it's clearly mentioned on the site that the minimum SL should be 15. This is what urged me to ask here.
