Dear All,

I need the revised PF joining forms (nomination and declaration) for the following two cases:

1. Joining forms for employees new to PF.
2. Joining forms for employees who already have an EPF account and need to transfer.

Hi,

If you have EPF software that was released by the EPF department, then you can use it to update and print out the Nomination form. Please find the enclosed forms as desired.
