Dear All,
I want the revised PF joining forms(nomination and declaration) in following two cases:
1. Joining forms in case employee new to PF
2. Joining forms in case employee already has EPF a/c and for transferring.

If you have epf software which was released by EPF department then you can use to update and take the print our for Nomination form
Find enclosd forms as desired
