People may provide you with data, but what is the use if I give chemical or IT manufacturing data when you need information from another sector. Therefore, before anyone can offer their inputs, you need to provide more details about your company and the specific sector it operates in.

Dear Sir,

Our company manufactures medical devices (sterile and non-sterile) that fall under the Pharma sector. We started in 2013 with a staff of 100 employees and 250 on a contractual basis.

We are looking to offer a competitive pay package to our employees and workers. To do so, we need information on the pay structure of other manufacturing companies for the aforementioned categories.
