pagal.sasmita012@gmail.com
Good evening to all,

I am Sasmita. I completed my MBA in the year 2012 and LLB in the current year. I want to pursue a career in HR. Please suggest how I can find opportunities to grow in the HR field as a fresher.

Hi Sasmitha,

As you have completed an MBA and even an LLB, you will have bright career opportunities in HR, especially in the manufacturing industry related to Statutory and Industrial Relations (IR).

Thank you, sir, for your valuable reply to me. Nowadays, most employers focus on experienced candidates in different fields. If they don't hire us as freshers, how can we grow our careers? It's my humble request to all viewers that if there are any vacancies for freshers in the HR field, please post those vacancies and requirements on this site. This way, we can access more opportunities. Thank you.

As you have completed your MBA, but the faculty in which you have done it is not mentioned. Now, you are pursuing LLB. Firstly, join a small-scale industry to study and gain experience. You must be aware of all statutory compliances and the duties of an HR person under labor laws. Stay updated with amendments in the law as the HR field is vast, and you aim to be a part of it. An HR person acts as a mediator between the employer and employee to maintain good relations between them. Responsibilities include managing employee PF, ESIC, daily attendance, salary processing, compensation, maintaining registers, issuing employee ID cards, managing personal files, payroll processing, and more.

Thank you.
