Regarding Bonus Limit

Can anyone tell me has base rise of bonus(limit) changed from 3500 to 7000. How does it make effect for calculating this amount?

Dear Abhay Sohoni,
Still the maximum salary to calculate bonus is Rs. 3500. Hence effect of Rs. 7000 is immaterial.

Dear Consultme,
The query is about if the bonus after calculations to be paid which is currently Rs. 3500/- has been revised to Rs. 7000/- .
The link you have shared is in regards to the revision in the salary range from 3500/- to Rs. 10,000/- for calculation of the bonus.
So the Legal Maximum Bonus to be paid remains at Rs. 3500/- This has not be revised to Rs. 7000/-
