Is It Mandatory to Offer EPF for Our 21 Employees, or Are There Alternatives?

We have started a new concern with 21 employees. Is it mandatory to pay EPF for the employees? Most of the employees prefer not to have EPF. Is there any alternate way for EPF?

It is mandatory to get PF registration for your establishment. The employees cannot opt out of it. Certainly, if all the employees are getting a salary of more than Rs 15,000 per month, they can be excluded from the coverage of PF, but the establishment will still have to be registered.
