Employee's Final Compensation

I am working in a Pvt. Ltd. Company since last five years and i am registered in EPFO department with same company. I want to know what will be my final compensation when i leave the company or company terminates me.
Please share about minimum compensation i can get from the company by Indian labour law.

If your company has completed the formality for UAN registration then You will get your personal UAN no.
So after completing your UAN activation you will get your contribution details till date.

Unpaid Salary (If Applicable) + Balance EL amount + Gratuity + Bonus - Notice Pay (Deduction for your salary).
Description of your earning while termination after 5 years
Unpaid Salary (If Applicable) + Balance EL amount + Gratuity + Bonus + Retrenchment Compensation + Notice Pay.

I also have my UAN no. and other pf contribution details.
Now my concern is that what are the components i can claim from my employer.
Can i claim Bonus, Gratuity from them.
They are paying both of EPF contributions from my salary. which is illegal.

Yes you will get your gratuity only.
Bonus will be paid only in Diwali it it is annual bonus.
You will get your PF and Pension amount after leaving your org.
no they cant pay both contributions from you salary even EPF Office will not accept that contribution.
Your employer will have to pay penalty if they are doing so.
