Gujarat Govt has reduce the Per day Dearness allowance by 0.10 to 0.020 Paise per day the new Dearness allowance is as follow
Employment Category
DA Per Day
Sweeping/Cleaning work
Rs. 15.60
Brick Manufacturing/ Jari Work/
Ready made garment/Tailoring/Salt work/
Tobacco/Cigarette Manufacturing
Rs 97.80
Beside above Category & Agarbatti Manufacturing & other category i.e. Shop & Establishment /Hotel & Restaurant Etc.
Rs 10.30
The respective notification is enclosed for your ready reference
Dear Sir,
As per attached circular of Gujarat State Govt in circular last line rate of daily DA is missing, then what is the new DA rate from 01.10.15 as per minimum wage act.
