BGV Negative Verification

Ashish 2015
Hi . I currently work as quality executive in pune India.. Was working for another company in pune for 8 years without problems.. Prior to that I worked in Mumbai where my actual last working day was 29th April 2007 ... And my joining date at company B was April 30 2007... However company A has sent me a relieving letter for last working day as June 9 2007.. Now at my new company C there is a negative bgv for dual employment .. And all this happened because my manager at the Mumbai company delayed my resignation handover process by a month... Now he also is out of reach as he has also resigned from there.. Please can u suggest what I can do to save my current job and what are the consequences that I may face.. As this was totally not in my control
Thanks

Dear Ashish,
Do you have your Mumbai companie's releving letter with you which says that your last day was prior to 30th April 2007, present that letter to your new company, at the same time get in touch with your Mumbai company, explain them that your last working day was 29th April 2007 as per the releving letter issued at that time and as you have also not received your salary for May and June 2007 it proves that your Last working day was prior to 30th April 2007.
Once they confirm ask them to resend the BVG mail to your new company.
Regards,
Ashutosh Thakre
