ESIC COVERAGE TO CONSTRUCTION WORKERS IN KARNATAKA

Sir, please, can anyone post or submit the Karnataka government's order for the coverage of construction site workers under ESIC scheme? In the coverage press release, the ESIC has mentioned that in Karnataka, workers are already covered under the ESIC scheme. Kindly post.

1. Sir, ESIC is a central organization, and it is ESIC itself that has made the decision regarding the coverage of construction workers under the ESI Act, 1948. I am not sure why you are requesting a copy of the order from the Karnataka Government.

2. If you wish, you can obtain a copy of the orders from ESIC at the appropriate regional/sub-regional office where your unit is located.
