Dear Nitin,

Calculate minimum wages + consumables + Machinery operating/maintenance + PF + ESIC + 10% profit = quotation. Overtime rates will be double for every hour.

Basic wage as per the minimum wages under scheduled employment + Spl Allowance + HRA + other allowances + PF (13.36% on basic & Spl Allowance) + ESIC (4.75% on gross earnings) + Leave with wages + National Holiday + Gratuity + Labour Welfare Fund + Materials cost as applicable + Service tax as applicable = CTC TO BE QUOTED. Apart from this, Uniform and maintenance/washing allowances, if applicable, can be added. OT rate is double the cost calculated per hour.
