Hi Sandeep,

I want the entire HR activities planned on a monthly basis. For instance, yearly appraisals in the month of March 2008, Diwali holidays in November, and training sessions in January 2008. I have a schedule in place, but I need help with formatting it properly so that I can present it effectively to everyone.
