Dear members, In my company one employee is take advance so i will deduction advance amount from employee salary.

please tell me how much part advance amount deduct from employee salary..?

Is he a direct employee or contract employee ?
Payment of wages act provides that total deduction from salary can not exceed 50% of gross wages. Exception is if it is advance of salary, which is distinct from a loan.
