I would like to know what kind of system you have in your company for timekeeping, attendance, and leave. I'm working in an IT company in Mumbai, and we are facing issues with counting working hours. Could you kindly suggest a software that can track punch in, punch out, lunch in, lunch out, and break in/break out times?

In our company, a biometric attendance system is followed. You can contact any esteemed vendor. There may be more alternatives; first of all, please prioritize your requirements accordingly and choose the best system. Before finalizing any product, consult with the Admin-Purchase Incharge and consider the merits and demerits as well.

Framing Company Policy

Regarding lunch in/out, break in/out, grace period, and minimum/maximum working hours, you have to frame the company policy. Seek management's prior approval, and only then circulate the policy to all employees.
