How Can I Get My Unpaid Salary and Security Deposit from My Former Employer?

I was working as a computer operator at R.K. Jain & Sons Hospitality Service Private Limited, and I resigned from this company three months ago. However, my employer has not given me my salary for the past five months, including the security amount deducted each month since my joining date, as well as my earned leave amount. I provided a 16-day notice and handed over all official assets for which I was responsible. Despite this, my employer has not released my salary and has sent a letter to my house stating the completion of a one-month notice period as per the company's appointment letter.
