Hi Dhivya,

I don't have any format regarding the one-on-one meeting. You can prepare a simple format that includes:

- Meeting Date
- Meeting Time
- Employee Name
- Topics discussed
- Complaints/suggestions from the employee
- Etc.

Thank you.

Hi Divya,

First of all, you have to make sure what points you need to discuss; I suggest noting them down, as one-on-one meetings sometimes veer off track. Prepare minutes of the meeting (MOM) for each discussion, which can be used for further reference.

You can use this template for MOM:

MINUTES OF MEETING
Purpose of Meeting:
Date/Time:
Members present:

Below are the key points that were discussed:
1.
2.
3.

PD
