Understanding Dual Employment and ESI Eligibility Under Indian Labor Laws

If an employee works for two companies, and in one company, they work an 8-hour shift earning more than 15000 INR per month, they are not eligible for ESI. However, if they work for another company part-time and earn a salary of 8000 INR per month, they are eligible for ESI.
