I need some guidance or sample letters for the cancellation of a termination letter issued to an employee. I need your help in this matter. Thanks to all in anticipation.

In the first place, have you followed the due process of procedures defined in Model Standing or Certified Orders? Once the outcome of the enquiry prima facie clears that the case calls for termination, the same may have to be drafted suitably according to the findings of the enquiry.

This is in reference to the Termination Letter issued to you via Letter No.------------ dated -------------. We would like to cancel the said termination with immediate effect since -------------------------------- (Reason to be defined). The terms and conditions of your contract issued earlier will remain the same. Please accept the cancellation letter as acknowledgment.
