How Can I Recover My Unpaid Salary from My Employer Since 2014? Seeking Advice!

Dear All,

I have been working since June 2012 in Turbo Machinery Engineering Industries Raipur Unit. Since January 2014, the company has not paid my salary. My pending salary is Rs9.0 lakhs. Ten days ago, the company announced that there are no pending dues for their employees. How can I collect my salary from them? Please advise me.

What were you doing for the last 1 year and 8 months when you didn't get any salary? What is the state of other workers/employees? You will have to approach your Labor officer for help and action. Is the company running a profit?

You were working for 18 months without a salary? I find that very difficult to accept. Or is there a mistake in the dates you provided.
