Not Salary Pay To Employee

Dear All , I have been working since June 2012 in Turbo Machinery Engineering Industries Raipur Unit . Since January 2014 , compnay did not pay salary . My pending salary is Rs9.0 lacs . Before ten days , Company annaounced that there is no pending dues for their employee . So how can I collect salary from them please advise me.

What were you doing for last 1year 8 months when you did'nt get any salary?
What is the state of other workers/employees?
You will have to approach your Labour officer for help and action.
Is the company running in profit?

You were working for 18 months without salary ?
I find that very difficult to accept.
Or is there a mistake in the dates you provided
