HRM should ask GM/MD a. What Policies tobe adopted; b. Whether HRM to Draft or hire Consultant & start as appd by GM/MD.
For Cos.with 100+ employees, better hire Consultant with 20+ yrs exp. in Mfg.Co.s. He must frame Policies for Co.interest, its employs, Complying with Labour Acts, vis-a-vis similar Cos. in the area as HR Policies will affect Co.Reputation & its employees Morale & Retention.
