An employee joined on 16th July'2015. She is on probation for 3months. Now asks for one day Emergency Leave by email and Management approves 01 day CL. Second day again she requested for emergency leave. Management now grants 03Days CL . Because 1st day of leave was Friday. Second day of Leave asked is Saturday. Sunday is weekly Holiday. Is Management wrong or Right on granting Leave? As per Leave rule , Previleged leave can only be availed after serving one full year but in case of Emergency, Leave can be granted.
