Payroll Structure [Thread 53838]

I am working in a small IT firm in kolkata which has started for the last 5 months ,as a HR, but right now i cannot make the break up of salary structure .We only give gross salary to the employee and nothing more than that . So what tax , or other break up we could include .It is urgent
