Struggling with Payroll Structure in a New IT Firm: How Can I Break Down Salaries Effectively?

I am working in a small IT firm in Kolkata, which has started for the last 5 months. As an HR, right now, I cannot make the breakup of the salary structure. We only give gross salary to the employee and nothing more than that. So, what tax or other breakup could we include? It is urgent.
