Dear Senior HR, I am in need of your valuable suggestion. Our company wants to give our employees a unique Diwali. Every year, we also give corporate gifts to our business associates. As we know, gifting employees and other important business associates on Diwali is very important. Gifts play an important role in maintaining good relations. In my opinion, Diwali is all about lights, and nothing beats a Diwali Diya. The challenge is to find designs that stand out completely. Diyas can be tailored based on the designation/level of the employee, for example, a single diya for lower levels and a set of 6 diyas for CXO levels.
