Is My Gratuity Deduction Fair? Seeking Advice on a 15k Deduction for Short Notice

My name is Rajeev. My last basic salary was 15k, and I worked from July 2008 to May 2015. Sir, can you please calculate my gratuity amount? My company is telling me it is 45K, but they also deducted 15k because I gave only one day's notice. Is this the right amount? Should I accept it or should I go to court?
