dear sir..i am working as an AREA BUSINESS MANAGER in a pharma company. joined this company on 2 dec 2013, confirmed employee. I was on medical leave from 6 july 2015 to 3 august 2015 due to backbone injury. Given proper medical certificates and availed leave. Joined back on 4 august 2015 and worked for one week. On 10 august in a meeting I was asked to submit my resignation and reason assigned is none of my medical reps wants to work with me as as I cannot do the feild work individually, so i should resign. My july expense and whatever salary, they are holding and my seniors have it (Bank DD of my salary). they are asking me to give one month notice and then they will give my salary. I have written all this to HR of my company but he is not responding on mail, but instead calling me via telephonically and asking me to do the same.
please can you advice me analysing my situation as i am searching for new company and i havn't submitted my notice of resignation. Any legal option or anything so that i can get my job as well as salary?
