Struggling with Low Footfall in Retail? Seeking Fresh Advertising Ideas from Fellow HRs

I am working in the Retail Industry as an HR Multitasking (New Joiner). I would like to seek suggestions from all of you on different ways of advertising. Currently, we are using posters, banners, and SMS for advertisements, but the footfall is not as high as we expected.

Please elaborate in detail on the best ways of advertising. Thank you in advance.

Ritika: Have you used social media? Referrals are tried and tested and will work best in case you are looking at unskilled workers - pay an employee an 'X' amount if they refer someone who has joined as well as stuck around for 3 - 6 months.
