How Can I Get My Ex-Employer to Pay My Overdue Final Salary? Seeking Advice!

vishy009
Hi, my ex-employer is not paying my full and final salary of 1.5 months, even after completing 2 months of the maximum time. The company is on Gurgaon Sohna Road. I resigned and completed my notice period of 3 months as per company policy, but they have no intention to pay. It has been 4 months, and still, they are not paying.

The country head thinks, "Why pay when I have left the company?" and is sending unnecessary emails about performance and other nonsense, even though he is not qualified for his position.

How to File a Complaint Against the Company

Please tell me how to file a complaint against the company. I need my money anyhow.

Hi,

What was your job profile in that company? You can initiate a legal action against the company with the help of an employment lawyer as per the terms of your employment contract.

Hi,

I have not received my full and final salary. Can anybody help me by suggesting any legal actions against them? It's been more than 5 months, and I am still waiting for my salary. However, I have now understood that they are not going to give it to me.

Please suggest.

I am a lead software developer in an IT consulting company.

Actually, I have one more query – what is the rule of a PERFORMANCE BONUS? As per my appointment letter, it states that if you complete one year with the company, you will receive the bonus after that. However, I completed my first year but resigned five days before completing it. According to my experience letter, I worked for around 1.43 years. Should I file a complaint about this as well?
