Process Of Getting The Renewals & New Licenses

can any one tell me the steps for Factory license renewal process , PCB Certificate renewal or new process in brief

For renewal of Factory Licence, you need to apply in Form 3 with necessary fee to Factory Inspectorate (DISH) Office. This application you are supposed to make two months before the date on which the licence is due to expire.
PCB Certificate, you mean to say - cerificate or NOC from Pollution Control Board. If so, you need to approach the Pollution Control Board office under which you fall.
