Hi, my husband recently cleared all rounds with XXX and was asked to fill in details in the portal and submit all the documents. He did the same. Now, the HR there says that the offer letter does not consist of a salary structure, and in his company, they don't provide that. So he was asked to submit at least a document stating the CTC at the time of joining and currently. He did the same and took the Director's signature. Their company also shifted to another location, so the letterhead consisted of the old address and numbers, making the HR think it is all fake. However, my husband asked them to verify as he knows all is true, but she has made up her mind and is seeing everything from that perspective. He is very upset and thinks it's wrong that they are stating it to be fake before verification. Why would a person risk his current job with fake documents when he knows that during verification, he will be found out? PLEASE SUGGEST as this opportunity is a golden one for him. If this message is reaching XXX HR, please look into this matter as he does not accept the fact that even if everything is correct, he won't lose this opportunity.
