Can any one forward me the draft for employee loan policy
And guide me how to go about it to make this facility available for my company employees

Dear Friend,
The Loan Policy differ from company to company, just follow the guidelines of policy.
1.Name of the Loan ( Kitty Loan, Marriage Loan....,)
2.Entitlement of the employees ( Who can avail the policy)
3.The policy amount's limitation ( each particular policy)
4.The period of repayment
5.Sanctioned by HOD or HR dept or GM...,

Ex:Re-payment of loan can be monthly installment like Rs:500 of Rs:4000.
Ex:Re-payment of Advance can be one installment in the particular month.

Good to know the details on Employee loan facility.
Request you to let me know whether we should give a loan facility or not as the market is in a bad shape.
I came to know lot of companies has withdrawn the Loan policy as according to ISO 9000:2008 you (means Employer/ Proprietor) will not be able to recover the loan amount. As per Govt. rules & regulations Bond seems illegal entity.
Request you to please clarify on the same.

m agreed with niranjan, but if u want to draft a policy of loan.
few points to consider.
1. why do not u change it and name it as advance salary policy.
2.one person can apply for the same but upto double of his monthly gross salary.
3. Repayment should be in a year only with equal monthly installments from the salary.
4. Before apply to the same he/she needs to give specific reason and there will be no dues on them.
5. Hr Manager will approve advance loan with the consent of deptt head of same emp and a/c will issue the cheque.
It will help u & company as recession is in the air. It can minimise the operating risk. u can keep ur promise also.
