Manager Asking To Sign Bond For 1.5 Years For Accepting The Withdrwal Of Resignation

I withdraw my resignation.
and now they are asking to sign a letter which says thay i will not leave company for 1.5 years and if i leave i will not be relieved and no experience letter will be given.
There is no policy written anywhere that if resign is taken back then a person has to sign a document like this. If i dont sign they are asking to server the notice period and go as it raise a question on my credibility.

The company is at full liberty to decide whether they will allow you to continue working.
If they are asking for specific terms, that too is their prerogative, unless the demands are unfair. In this case it is fair.
They are giving you the option to serve notice period and leave. When they are willing to,let you go, I don't see any possibility of giving you a rise. Your statement of getting something in return for giving something hold true here in a different manner. They are asking something for allowing you to continue.

Once you resign ,you should not withdraw it unless some extraordinary circumstance comes up.
The company is at full liberty to accept your resignation and now permit you to withdraw your resignation-BUT on their own terms.
If terms are not suitable go ahead and quit.
What you should understand is that the balance of power has shifted into company hands with your withdrawal of resignation.
It is totally up to you accept or reject.
This is price for having a wavering mind.

As you have tried both the option resignation and withdraw it clearly states the confusion level of your end..
But as per rules it is mandatory to collect the document for assurance .
I have faced the same scenario like this..But I didnt sign any bond like this.
So better to serve the notice period and collect the pending items after that..

Dear Rsh,
The company is asking you to sign the bond, as they have lost trust in your commitments. You have changed minds, and they company now is thinking, that what if you resign the next month itself... they see this as a lack of commitment from your side and hence they want you to sign the bond.
or in other words, they dont want to accept your resignation withdrawal....
