Hi Can one share the section under factory act for sick leave as i required what is minimum SL which an employee is entitled. In ESIC they have mentioned sick leave is it applicable to those employees who are covered in ESI
there is no provision for sick leave in factories act....it is based on management leave policy. some factory may design sick leave and casual leave but there is no section in factories act for sick leave.
