How Do I Calculate VDA Based on Basic Salary Under Karnataka's Minimum Wage Act? Seeking Guidance

I am working as an Assistant Manager - HR & Admin. In the Minimum Wage Act, there are two components (Basic and VDA). VDA varies along with the Consumer Price Index. Please guide me on how to calculate the VDA as per the basic salary. We are waiting for your support.
