Minimum wages in Karnataka - Please guide me on how to calculate the VDA as per basic salary? PDF Download

Dear all, I am working as an Assistant Manager -HR & Admin. In the minimum wage act, there are two components ( Basic and VDA). VDA varies along with the consumer price index. Please guide me on how to calculate the VDA as per basic salary. We waiting for your support.
