Need Help Crafting Employee Policies for an Education Institute in India – Any Suggestions?

I am working on a Policy Handbook for an Education Group. I need your help in designing the policies in reference to an Education Institute in India. Please guide me in preparing the policies for employees (Faculty/Admin/Support staff) working with the Education Institute. A reference list would be of great help.

I have already checked it. What I am looking for are policies related to "Education Institutes" as they are dependent on AICTE or UPTU norms.

Then you refer to the AICTE rules and regulations and also the Approval Process Handbook.

May I know in which areas you are working for policy making? You mentioned that policies relating to "Admin/Faculty/Support Staff." Could you please specify the particular areas, such as leave policy, Recruitment Rules, AICTE, UGC Guidelines, TA DA? Please be specific so that I can assist you effectively.
