Pay Slips,Experience Letter,relieving Letter

: Hi, I am working in a consultancy and currently on notice period as per the company rule i need to do the replacement to get experience letter and relieving letter from here. i am working here since 1 and half year.so in this i am not getting the proper response from my management and i don't think they will provide me these certificates and also payslips of last 4 months, i am switching to another job so to join there i need to submit all these docs, Please help me in this what to do..

If you have given a proper resignation (documented), then write a mail from the same thread to the concerned person by requesting him/her to initiate the exit formalities. Copy the mail to your personal mail id. If the concerned person responds/not responds, forward the same mail to your next prospective employer from the personal mail id explaining your inability to submit the required documents.
Before writing a mail to your next prospective employer, talk to the HR of the organisation over the phone and explain the situation.
Regarding payslips, trust your salary is credited in your bank account.
If so, share the bank statement to your prospective employer as a proof of your salary and employment.
