Can I Restart the Exit Process Just 15 Days After Withdrawing My Resignation?

Goutham078
Hi Seniors,

I have triggered the exit process and then taken the resignation back after a discussion. Is it possible to trigger the exit process again just 15 days after taking back the resignation?

Please let me know if this is possible.

Thanks,
Goutham.

Hello Goutham,

Can you provide more details of the situation or case? Why retract the resignation in the first place when you intend to initiate the exit process again within 15 days? Also, by your query, are you referring to the features in the software in your company's ERP or the HR aspect?

Regards,
TS

Hi TS,

Thank you for the reply.

I just want to know the risks or policies involved in triggering the exit process immediately after retracting the resignation. I have received a very good offer from another company which I did not expect. So, is it possible to trigger the process again?

Thanks,
Goutham

Whether it is possible to "trigger" an exit is something that depends on your company and its policies. We know neither your company nor have access to their policies. So how do you expect us to give the answer to your question?

That said, Mr. Rao's answer is the closest response you can get - it depends on your HR team and your manager.
