SALARY CERTIFICATE IN CASE OF CASH SALARY

I want to change my company. But the problem is I get my salary in cash, and I do not have any payslip. What to do in this case? Need advice in this regard.

You may produce salary vouchers in case you are receiving the same; otherwise, you may ask your current employer to issue an employment certificate mentioning your compensation details. If you do not want to convey the actual reason for the requirement, you can tell your HR that you are applying for a loan and hence require the document.
