New to SAP HR? Where to Find Helpful PPTs and Study Materials Online?

I recently joined for SAP HR and I am looking for PowerPoint presentations (PPTs), like those from Siemens, on the functional module. Could anyone please provide good websites where I can find the PPTs on this subject to have a basic idea? Also, I am seeking other sites for study material.
